I’m grateful that I had a workout that resembled a workout from a couple years back. I did the Woodlot/Raynor Loop 3 times for 9.08 miles in 2:01:02 for a 13:19 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 164 feet with an average heart rate of 127 bpm at a temp of 34 degrees at 76 percent humidity. I had new shoes and a new headlamp. It’s the little things. Have a blessed day!
