Two more days until Charlotte comes home! Hope that she’s excited as I am. Today it was 20 degrees. For November and for Long Island , that was cold. I did the Ridge loop doing 9.06 miles in 2:02:32 for a 13:31 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 195 feet with an average heart rate of 125 bpm at a temp of 20 degrees and 73 percent humidity. Long day with parent/teacher conferences. Have a blessed day!
