I decided to do my shortest standard route doing the Woodlot, Ridge, Randall Loop. Yesterday was a long day, so I decided to cut back a bit just to make sure I did not overextend myself. As it is, I have already hit my movement goal. I don’t always need the big numbers, sometimes you just want to close the circles on your watch. Today I did 8.2 miles in 1:52:49 for a 13:45 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 187 feet with an average heart rate of 121 bpm at a temp of 34 degrees and 72 percent humidity.
