The day after a storm you’re not sure what the conditions will be like, but I found that the Roads were in decent shape and that the traffic was light do to a delayed start in school. For me, my school was starting at it’s regular time. Speaking of which I hit the road later for work , but got here on time due to the delayed school starts throughout my part of Long Island. I did the Scenic Hills, Longwood, Medford Loop doing 9.16 in 1:59:53 for a 13:04 minute per me pace with an elevation gain of 348 feet with a resting heartrate of 122 bpm at a temperature of 33 degrees and 95 percent humidity. The streets were quiet and peaceful! Have a most blessed day!
