I decided to start with a different route to start the week. I ended up doing the Medford/Randall/Woodlot Loop. This loop is very quiet and varied so the time passed fairly quickly. I will admit that I have not been “feeling “ the workouts lately. It might be cliche, but one day at a time has been my approach. Right now I am just feeling blessed to have the ability to do the work. In many ways I just feel alone in my opinions. Things bother me that I just don’t know who to talk to. In the blended family it just seems that priorities and interest are always in conflict. There is no “We’re in this together “ sort of mentality. The best that seems to occur is a dutiful half-hearted obligation to do some things for others interests and then to quickly move on to your own thing half-annoyed that you have to do play this blended family game. God I know you can help! Here are the stats— 9.18 miles in 2:00: 58 for a 13:10 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 205 feet with an average heartrate of 127 bpm at a temperature of 33 degrees at 75 percent humidity. I passed a man walking to work on the end of Woodlot. Don’t usually see anyone there. Possibly a storm on Wednesday— exciting! God Bless!
