I have felt behind and out of synch since the time change. I get up on time, but find that I am slower getting out the door for both my workout and my commute. The good thing is that it seems that other folks are more behind than me so that I arrive at work at the same time. I did the Scenic Hills, Niewood, Medford Loop doing 9.2 in 2:02:21 for a 13:33 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 357 feet with an average heartrate of 118 bpm at a temp of 30 degrees at 63 percent humidity. This was the morning when a car showed up at just the wrong time on several occasions. The wrong time means— wanting to take a wide turn instead of walkon the sidewalk, or having to walk through the pothole side of the road because a car is coming , or having to wait a minute because a mud puddle is blocking half the road and a car is coming— and on and on—the timing was just wrong on a morning where otherwise the cars were sparse. Off to meet the day. God Bless You!
