I decided to do the figure 8 exta plus this Friday morning. My stats ate kind off guesswork as I got water in my watch which screwed things up a bit. I took a five hour energy plus to help boost my performance on my last scheduled workout of the week. Here are my estimated stats- 8.5 miles in about 2 hours at about a 14:15 minute per mile pace. I did 3 lengthy sprints on Raynor. This week was a struggle. I had to run some most days to boost my slow pace and make it more respectable. I feel blessed just to complete the workouts this week.
