Yesterday was a very long day with parent teacher conferences staying at work until 8. This morning I was up at my usual time doing the Randall extra plus doing 9.04 in 2:04:57 for a 13:49 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 163 feet with an average pulse of 121 bpm at a temp of 33 degrees at 71 percent humidity.
