I went through my routine today with the intent of not watching the clock or worrying about the time. The worry just takes away from the enjoyment of the workout. I have been tirwd and a bit behind this week, but thankfully I have been able to keep up with the routine- thank you Lord! I did the Ridge Road loop doing 9.11 in 2:04:36 for a 13:40 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 218 feet with an average pulse of 123 bpm at a windy 33 degrees and 63 percent humidity. I am grateful for getting the work in this week even though I feel off.
