I did my return workout this morning and it went fairly smoothly. I did the Apple Court, Kastal, Ryan, Woodlot, and Randall Loop for 8.47 miles in 2:17:41 for a good 16:15 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 163 bpm at a cadence of 130 spm. I still had my setting on indoor, so I have no elevation gain. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my weight stayed the same after good eating on the ship. I have a dentist appointment tonight.
