I did the hill workout. I payed no attention to my splits as I knew with my earlier start I should be okay. I did 8.59 miles in 2:17:35 for a 16:00 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 172 bpm with an elevation gain of 293 feet with an average cadence of 125 spm at 62 foggy/drizzly degrees.
