It has been a hectic time. Moving Jace in and then days of shoveling. Just grateful and blessed to get the work in. Today I did the Medford/Randall Loop doing 9.05 miles in 2:11:46 for a 14:33 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 97 bpm . My phone was charging so this is all the data that I have .
