I was concerned as the roads were laden with black ice last night. I took my chances and made out okay. Most roads were salted thankfully. It was slick enough where caution slowed my pace. I did 9.35 miles in 2:25:37 for a 15:33 minute per mile pace and an average heart rate of 92 bpm with an elevation gain of 384 feet at 24 degrees and 71 percent humidity. Have a most blessed day.
