Long Night/Short Sleep

 I had an Pumpkin Spice Latte in the evening— combined with an off day meant a not so sleepy night’s sleep. I took the time to rest and pray, even though I didn’t fall asleep until after 1 am. The best 3:40 alarm went off and I managed to get the work in. I did 8.71 miles in 2:11:36 for a 15:07 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 205 feet with an average heart rate of 94 bpm at 45 degrees and 92 percent humidity. I was blessed to get the work in.
