I headed out the door at about the same time as yesterday. My pace was a bit slower, but I was not too far off. It was the second foggy day, but reflective gear definitely makes a difference. I am liking this Ridge loop when I get out early. Very quiet and remote. I did 8.79 miles in 2:12:23 for a 15:03 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 101bpm with an elevation gain of 147 feet at 63 degrees and 94 percent humidity. I am blessed!
