Moving Better

The alarm went off at 4:49. The good thing with vacation is being able to take my time getting around. I read a couple of Bible passages before getting up. Much to pray about. I did the Medford/Randall Loop on this foggy drizzly morning. I did 9.26 miles in 2:03:32 for a 13:19 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 210 feet with an average pulse of 125 bpm. The temp was 41 degrees with 100 percent humidity. I am pleased to finally be caught up on my strength training. I was pleased to be moving faster today, but who knows why. God Bless!
