I did the Scenic Hills, Longwood , Medford Loop doing 9.3 in around 2:06 at around a 13:28 minute per mile pace at around a temp of 28 degrees with sn elevation gain of around 378 feet. I quickly glanced at the final stats, but for some reason I can’t retrieve the stats. It’s been a bit of a struggle this week, but thankfully I was able to get the eork in. I have been dealing with a lot snd feel like I have failed. I am thankful for those the Lord has given me. Good Night! God Bless ❤️❤️❤️
