Everything seemed and went about the same as yesterday, but I feel a little more positive about the day than I did yesterday. I did the Scenic Hills, Niewood, Medford Loop again doing 9.03 in 2:01:50 for a 13:28 minute per mile pace with an average heartrate of 131 bpm with an elevation gain of 347 feet at a temperature of 29 degrees at 86 percent humidity. Bible Study tonight— will watch God at work. Have a blessed day.
