Some days you feel goal driven, and other days you just feel like getting the work in-- today was such a day. It was rainy and 57 degrees as I ambled along the Medford/Randall/Woodlot Loop roads. I did 8.81 in 1:58:59 for a 13:29 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 149 feet with an average pulse of 139 bpm. The end of the school year is alist of garbage that the school wants you to do ASAP-- so I am off to get the garbage done. Have a blessed day! Missing my Charlotte ❤️
