I woke up groggy and feeling alone, but with God's help I worked into a good state of mind focused on the duties ahead. I headed out the door in my usual heavy gear for cooler spring weather. I decided to do the Longwood Loop to which I added greater distance as my watch has been taking away distance aince the update. I did 8.89 in 1:58:17 for a 13:18 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 259 feet with an average pulse of 119 bpm. My wife is having a busy week so I am keeping her in prayer.
