I just have been focused on getting the work in. I forgot to post yesterday. Here are the stats: Wednesday: 9.1 miles in 2:16:18 for a 14:58 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 150 bpm with an elevation gain of 289 feet with an average cadence of 130 spm at 25 degrees.
Today/Thursday: I noticed after a little over a mile that my watch was moving. I was a little ticked off since I hit the started the watch at the beginning of my workout. Here is a good estimate: 9.2 miles in 2:16 ish for a 14:56 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 165 bpm with an elevation gain of 199 feet with an average cadence of 132 spm at 17 degrees.
