I have a blood draw this morning, so I am going into work at noon. This means I could head out later on my workout and not be rushed. I did the Ridge Loop a loop that I usually don’t go on during recent school days. It was pretty with light snow falling the entire time. The Ridge loop is wooded more than the other workouts. I did 9.27 miles in 2:22:52 for a 15:25 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 106 bpm with an elevation gain of 256 feet with an average cadence of 128 spm at 29 snowy degrees. Always stuff to do , but a little bit of a slower pace for the morning. God bless you!
