I had a poor night’s sleep, but I decided to head out as usual this Monday morning. It’s just Char and I at the house with Jace away for the weekend. I did 9.27 miles in 2:24:29 for a 15:37 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 137 bpm with an elevation gain of 292 feet at 69 degrees and 93 percent humidity. It’s the odd year with Rosh Hoshana and Labor Day being back to back. Looking to you Lord in this trying time!
