Any morning where I can get a good workout and get to work on time are good mornings. I did 9..06 miles in 2:11:14 for a 14:28 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 102 bpm with an elevation gain of 335 feet at 39 degrees and 83 percent humidity. I am working to get my weight under 200 and then back down to 193. Looking to God in many areas. Trusting in his love and His plan.
