I did the Longwood Loop , even with a later start. My pace made up for the late start and I made it back at my usual time. I was slightly miffed to realize that I accidentally paused my watch at the halfway point on Longwood. Thankfully, my watch settings give me the total distance— even if it isn’t included under the workout portion of my settings. I did approximately 9.1 miles in approximately 2:12. My approximated pace is 4:40 minute per mile pace with an approximate heart rate of 93 bpm with an elevation gain of approximately 320 feet. I made it to work in time even with a late start. Thank you Lord.
