Today, Thursday, seemed to mirror yesterday in many ways. The main difference is starting 4 minutes later. For some reason I was able to get back home and to work at about the same time as yesterday. I did 9.07 miles in 2:10:54 for a 14:26 minute with an average heart rate of 151 bpm with an elevation gain of 308 feet at 39 degrees and 88 percent humidity. Thank you Lord for your goodness!
