I woke up and felt very tired. I was even tired after drinking my big cup of coffee. Thankfully, experience has taught me that once I get on the road momentum usually takes over regardless of my fatigue level. I did the Longwood Loop doing 9.07 miles in 2:11:03 for a 14:27 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 117 bpm with an elevation gain of 358 feet at 38 degrees and 100 percent humidity. I’m very thankful for a decent workout. God bless you all!
