I am a bit tired, but thankfully I have been able to put together some good workouts even when I feel like laying in bed. Yesterday I did the 3 x Woodlot loop— cutting across the trail on the third loop plus one hill doing 8.76 miles in 2:03:46 for a 14:07 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 206 feet and an average heart rate of 121 bpm at a temp of 36 degrees and 96 percent humidity. Today I did the summer loop figure 8 plus Ryan Avenue out and back doing 8.73 miles in 2:03:34 for a 14:09 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 172 feet with an average heart rate of 123 bpm at a temp of 37 degrees and 82 percent humidity. I’m grateful! Thank you Lord!
