Different Route , Better Results

I decided to change the route up, as I felt like a change was needed. I did the Ridge route to Rocky Point and back. I did 9.05 miles in in 2:12:37 for a 14:39 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 203 feet with an average heart rate of 111 bpm at a temp of 28 degrees and 52 percent humidity. My stomach was off a tiny bit, but it held up. I’m glad that I got the work in. It was a beautiful morning with only a little traffic. It was a great day!
