Fighting through Fatigue

My Monday workout set me back for sure. When I just walk my pace is over 15 minute miles.  This has forced me to do regular intermittent jogging to keep my pace below 15’s.  I am so looking forward to the weekend. The weather today was rainy and cool. When your tired the rain is just another drain. Cars that pull out at in opportune times altering your route provide annoyance. So I’m tired and ready for vacation. When you force your workouts to fit in when you are tired it can be stressful— however, I am thankful that the work is getting done in spite of “not feeling it”. Today I did my summer figure 8 plus a bit. Here is the summary— 8.62 miles in 2:05:02 for a 14:30 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 253 feet with an average heart rate of 119 bpm at a temp of 37 degrees and 96 percent humidity. Tomorrow I need to get out early to pick up a coworker in Miller Place. God Bless!
