I think it’s nice when a plan comes together. Last week I tried to get in 9 miles a day while taking the weekend off from workouts. Today I pleasantly surprised myself with a not slow workout. I did the new short loop doing 8.59 miles in 2:03:33 for a 14:22 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 211 feet with an average heart rate of 118 bpm at 37 degrees and 86 percent humidity. I started out dreading the day , but by the end of the workout I was in a more positive frame of mind. Have a blessed day!
