I got out the door earlier, but I made up for the early start with a slow pace. Thankfully, I had no other fitness work to do. I did the Medford/Randall Loop doing 8.75 in 2:11:16 for a rather senior citizen 15 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 186 feet with an average pulse of 111 bpm at a drizzly 44 degrees and 66 percent humidity.
