I was hopeful to get a walk in today with Thursday being an off day due to a scheduled colonoscopy. The weather was fine as I headed out the door and down the road. I did my standard figure 8 summer route. Today was a productive day thankfully with mixed precipitation making the day miserable. Here are the stats- 8.47 miles in 2:26:07 for a 17:15 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 198 feet with an average heart rate of 99 bpm at a temperature of 28 degrees and 65 percent humidity.
