I woke up with my primary goal to get 9 miles in, since it is a slow day at work. I did the Woodlot Loop 3 times doing 9.09 in 2:07:07 for a 14:00 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of of 174 feet with ann average pulse of 111 bpm at 27 degrees and 49 percent humidity.
