It was good to be back in the groove, but I definitely did not feel myself. I was a little slow, but you have to start someplace. I did the Medford/Randall Loop doing 8.77 miles in 2:06:45 minutes for a 14:27 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 181 bpm with an average heart rate of 113 bpm at a temp of 34 degrees and with humidity at 56 percent.
