It’s taken me weeks to lose the anxiety and to feel somewhat energetic and positive during my workout. I did the Woodlot/Raynor Loop 2 times and on the third ran up the first Woodlot hill and cut through the trail to Raynor. I did 8.62 miles in 2:03:10 for an14:17 minute per mile pace with 167 foot rise in elevation and an average pulse of 113 bpm at a temperature of 34 degrees with humidity at 79 percent.
