I woke up a bit tired as my stomach was playing up for awhile in the middle of the night. In addition, last night there were little annoyances with people doing chores in my space. When you’re tired little things can set you off. I decided to do my short loop as I was late from dealing with my stomach issues. I did 8.31 miles in 1:57:06 for a 14:05 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 158 feet with an average heart rate of 109 bpm at 33 degrees and 100 percent humidity. Still tired.
