I decided at the outset of my workout that I wanted a quiet secluded workout. I decided to do the Woodlot Loop 3 times. My calf and hamstring were in decent shape so I was able to keep the pace under 14 minutes per mile. I did 9.12 miles in 2:04:47 for a 13:41 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 226 feet with an average heart rate of 113 bpm at a temperature of 39 degrees and 97 percent humidity. Lord willing I am going to Montauk tonight with my wife for her birthday. Have a blessed day!
