Saturday on the Greenway—7.47 in 2:07:25 for a 17:03 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 556 feet with an average heart rate of 96 bpm at a temperature of 34 degrees at 63 percent humidity. It was a pleasant walk after a dental cleaning. Today going back to my normal early wake up time I did the usual route doing 8.32 miles in 1:59:53 for a 14:24 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 288 feet at an average heart rate of 114 bpm at a windy temperature of 39 degrees and 41 percent humidity.
