Friday/Saturday

On Friday, I slept horribly the night before my workout . My stomach hurt most of the night, limiting my sleep. The problem with working out so early is that if sleep is fleeting there is no buffer, meaning that I must workout on empty. I did work out and my time was slow. I did the Woodlot loop three times doing 8.92 miles in 2:10:51 for a 14:39 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 245 feet with an average heart rate of 108 bpm at a mild temp of 40 degrees and 82 percent humidity. Today I did the Greenway trail doing 9.94 miles in 2:51:27 for a 17:14 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 100 bpm and an elevation gain of 658 feet at a temp of 34 degrees with humidity at 58 percent. There was a large group of women’s runners running the trail today. Overall it was a beautiful morning. I had a green coffee habiscus and green tea drink with a scone at Starbucks simce
I already had a Dunkin’ Donut’s coffee and a donut glaze stick. We picked Jace up last night to spend the weekend. Have a blessed day!

  1. Hello Teacher. I am a Pastor from Mumbai, India. I am glad to stop by your profile on the blogger and the blog post. I am also blessed and feel privileged and honoured to get connected with you as well as know you as a teacher and also your interest in the Word of God. I love getting connected with the people of God around the globe to be encouraged, strengthened and praying for one another. I have been in the Pastoral ministry for last 39 yrs in this great contrast where richest of rich and the poorest of poor live. We reach out to the poorest of poor with the love of Christ to bring healing to the brokenhearted. We also encourage young and the adults from the west to come to Mumbai to work with us during their vacation time. We would love to have young kids of yours along with their friends come to Mumbai to work with us during their vacation time. I AM SURE they will have a life changing experience. Looking forward to hear from you very soon. God's richest blessings on you, your family and friends. My email id is: dhwankhede(at)gmail(dot)com and my name is Diwakar WAnkhede.

  2. Nice to hear from you as well. My father in law makes trips to Mumbai and has been working with a local pastor there. Lord willing I may make the trip there myself some day. God bless you!
