I did the Ridge Loop two days Tuesday/Wednesday. For Tuesday— 9.34 in 2:04:13 for a 13:17 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of of 153 and an average pulse of 139 bpm at a cool 47 degrees. Today I did 9.34 in 2:02:48 for a 13:08 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 187 feet with an average pulse of 118 bpm with a comfortable tmep of 60 degrees. Two good workouts in a row and strength work going well. God Bless!
