I woke up 5 minutes earlier, just to take a little stress off my getting around for school. I did the figure 8 extra plus doing 9.02 in 2:05:06 for an13:51 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 199 feet and an average heartrate of 116 bpm at a temperature of 53 degrees with 93 percent humidity. I was hoping to beat the rain and praise God I did. Going to the Indian Restaurant tonight with a hamburger in my pocket. Looking forto the weekend. Pats play Titans tomorrow in divisional play.
