I shaved a little distance off today doing 8.82 in 2:00:16 for a 13:37 with an elevation gain of 155 feet with an average heartrate of 114 bpm at a temperature of 22 degrees at a very dry 50 percenty. I felt alright, and I am glad that it is the weekend. God Bless!
