I was surprised to see the morning temp at 60 so today I put on my shorts. I was glad to see that Houston won the World Series. I did the Scenic Hills, Niewood, Medflies loop this morning doing 9.13 miles in 1:57:44 for a 12:53 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 308 feet with an average heartrate of 117 bpm at a temperature of 61 degrees with 96 percent humidity.
