Day 4 without Char. I felt refreshed and got out the door at my usual time. Once again I did the Scenic Hills, Niewood, Medford Loop doing 9.07 in 2:00:41 for a 13:17 minute per mile pace with a 318 foot elevation gain with an average heartrate of 117 bpm at a temp of 41 degrees. I have included a few places where I run to help keep my pace respectable. Have a blessed day! Nice time at Bible Study last night.
