I was kind of tired, but knowing that today was the last early morning workout of the week made it easier to do the workout. I ended up doing the Ridge Loop doing 9.05 miles in 1:57:10 for a 12:56 per minute mile with an elevation gain of 117 feet with an average pulse of 119 bpm at a temperature of 46 degrees with humidity of 81 percent.
