The weather lately has been either awesome or terrible-- looks like a bit of the terrible coming our way. This morning I did the Longwood Loop doing 8.92 miles in 2:00:19for a 13:29 minute per mile pace with an average heartrate of 138 bpm and an elevation gain of 241 feet at a temp of 42 degrees. Yesterday I was soaked to the core and tomorrow looks like a similar weather day. Lord willing I am heading to Eastport for a visit and then to Hope. I am just praying that everything works out. Praying for Kim to return home. Have a blessed day!
