Back in Ridge

I woke up st 5 something. It was sunny and 43 degrees.  I did the Ridge Loop as it is more secluded.  I enjoyed being on a relatively flat course after attacking the hills for four days.  Back in Ridge I am adjusting to the old routine.  The tale of the tape-- 9.19 miles in 1:56:11 for a 12:38 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 124 feet and an average pulse of 120 bpm. Doing the flats seemed relatively easy after the challenging hills of Eastport and Hope.  My wife is busy preparing for Easter at Genesis. Praying for my daughter Katie as she visits beauty school today. Kim being in North Carolina is weighing heavily on me. Have a blessed day!
