I got out a bit groggy but determined on this 33 degree first day of November. I did 8.8 miles in 2:01:04 for a 13:45 minute per mile pace and a 158 foot gain in elevation on the Medford/Longwood loop. One week from today we will elect our next president. Praying for this and much more. God Bless!
