Rare Saturday Workout

 My wife had to work today so I decided to make up for the missed workout yesterday.  I did the Ridge Loop with some extra to get the distance to 9 miles.  I did 9.02 miles in 2:07:38 for a 14:08 minute per mile pace with a 125 mpb heartrate and a 158 foot increase in elevation. Have a blessed day-- oh, yeah it was a beautiful bright 39 degree morning.
